Extremley dissapointed in the service. Came in to ask about getting a zipper fixed. The lady was rude and unfriendly and i felt very uncomfortable with her attitude. I did not leave my clothes with her and would never reccomend her. Just plain rude and i would rather give my money to someone else. It is not that hard to be nice...

I've never come across such instantly awful and rude customer service. Immediately left and did not leave my garments there. Was so upset I felt a need to leave a review

Terrible customet service. Very rude!!

I took a dress into Coates Robina town centre that needed to be taken in. From the moment i stepped through the door, the staff were rude and dismissive. A 10 day job took 4 weeks! When I finally tried the dress on to check the fit, I noticed the back sitting funnily. Rather than ruching to one side like it should have, the material had a funny fold the whole way across the back and sat completely different to the way it had originally! When I spoke with the staff (the staff in Coates who altered the dress) about my concerns staff first blamed the dress, then blamed my weightloss for the way the dress fit!The staffs were extremely rude, refused to take responsibility for their mistake and they've ruined one of my favourite dresses. They refused to fix their mistake! I'll never take clothes to Coates again.

I bought two dresses for a wedding (one ankle length the other cocktail length) - both required some minor adjustments to be wearable. The cocktail length required the spaghetti straps to be taken up in the front (thus fixing the problem). They were taken up in the back. Now the dress can't be worn as the front remains too low, the back has now been raised by 2 inches so the hemline is uneven. The ankle length dress required 3 catches on the cowl neck - as they were pinning them, they pinned me and removed the catch, after assuring me it would be matched to the other side - which neither were consequently sewn in - leaving one catch which didn't fix the problem. When this was addressed, the blamed me for these problems in a loud, argumentative manner and was told to leave.
