Be warned! If something goes wrong on their part. They will not refund you your money. Paid $22 to have heals put on boots. Leather was severely damaged when i collected them. They told me thats how they were when i dropped them off. The manager blamed his other staff members for the problem and gave me a 1 month credit note.
Called in to have three keys cut from one master took the operative 3 min, charged $23.95, bit steep, but I guess that's what you have to pay, only problem is when I got home (to Noosa) none of the keys worked. On closer examination, very clear to the naked eye the cut keys were not the same profile. Called the store 7 times today to talk about this before I eventually got through.On the first 6 occasions phone rang out then disconnected between 9.45 and 10.00am. Eventually got though, a staff who took the call and to be polite really was not interested, suggested I came back to Chermside (260km trip) or try to find a Cobbler's Plus more local.
Good old poor Aussie customer service.

DO NOT take your belongings to get engraved here!!!!!! I bought a pendant for my girlfriend which wasn't cheap, then took it to cobbler plus at chermside to get a few words engraved on it. I left it with them for 5 minutes and when i came back, they said they couldn't do it because there was a noticeable dent on the rear. I argued that it wasn't there when i gave it to them, because i bought it 10 min before at Micheal hill who inspected it with me. Extremely upset. I ended up swapping it for another with the good people at Micheal hill and took it to cobbler xtra at strathpine, who did a good job.
