I recently took a watch to have the battery replaced and was given back the watch with a new battery being told the watch was broken that the pin had come out, with no apology from the sales staff and told i wasnt being charged for the battery. The pin had NEVER come out of the watch when it was in my care, im appalled at when i returned to speak to the sales staff and said well i didnt charge for the battery, the watch now doesnt work what is the point of leaving a new battery in a watch that doesnt work? Sales staff was very unhelpful, i asked them to put the battery from the broken watch into another watch and they said they would charge me,,terrible customer service WOULD NEVER GO BACK:(
