Coburg Medical Centre

Very bad service, they don’t have doctors, no improvement in my health. Very long wait I went there two times , both times long wait of 2 hours to see doctor. Receptionist says it only takes 30 minutes. Worst experience ever . Will never go at coburg mediical centre. I highly recommend everyone don’t waste your time going coburg family medical centre.

I visited this clinic on the weekend, and the staff were helpful and courteous. During the week there are different staff. I had some medical documentation sent to this clinic prior to my visit, and called immediately before my visit to confirm it had been received. I requested a place to lie down while I waited for my appointment due to the nature of my injury. When I did get in to see the doctor, it became clear that my documentation was nowhere to be found. I was upset by this experience which I deem to be unprofessional and feel that I have wasted my time.
