I read that the management has changed and it is better?! What a joke, the staff are rude, abrupt and ignore you making you wait while they scream at each other over the counter. I wasn't sure if another customer was serving me or an Australia Post worker. Staff must feel more comfortable wearing tracksuit pants at this office. Maybe it has changed under new management but a more relaxed don't care about people sort of feel.
This is the worst business ever! They are so rude and customer service does not even enter in the equation. They take days off whenever they feel like it, for example thurs 24th and 31st dec they were closed, even though it was a normal business days, which was very annoying cos then they didn't open again til the 4th of Jan?! Totally unacceptable given that the whole town has to get their mail from there as there is no rd side delivery.
I totally agree with the other review on here. I was advised of a parcel ready for collection by text message. Went to cockatoo post office to be told by the rude unhelpful staff to ignor that message and wait for card as they did not know where it was. Worst service ever
Customer service here is appalling! They are always rude and unhelpful. Or if you ever need anything it is always the most inconvenient thing you could asked for. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and also train people for the industry. The people in this establishment are obviously in the wrong line of work
