Yesterday I went in for an eyebrow shape and tint with Coco. She spilled wax on my shirt, didn’t apologise and starting cleaning my favourite chiffon blouse with window cleaner. After that she charged me the full price of $54, without any consideration that I would have to go to the dry cleaners to salvage my shirt. I found her extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend her to any of my friends.
I've been here a few times now for a Brazilian wax (with Jennifer) and totally recommend it. The most pain free experience I've had (due to the wax they use)... the salon itself could do with a bit of a makeover, but that aside, would totally recommend it for waxing... have yet to try it for a facial etc.
