I have ordered 6 different products from this company. Only one item has arrived in the condition expected except their deliverers broke a gate in making the delivery. Other orders have arrived without the full complement of the piece/s, or they are not up to standard, or they arrive with doors misaligned or not fitting properly, scratches or gouges in the products. It is impossible to speak to the person who takes the order, to make a complaint the customer is expected to contact the Concierge team which just pass on or not a message to someone who eventually call, if you miss the call, it is just back to the Concierge team, and the process starts again. There is no quality control from their warehouse, goods seemingly arrive and then are subsequently delivered without checking, by what is called a 'prestige' delivery service who do not arrive properly equipped with overshoes and equipment and a poor attitude - In my case, a beige carpet in a newly renovated ...read more

I spent over 25k purchasing furniture here. I purchased "in stock" items making it clear that I needed delivery by the end of the following week. I was told at the time of purchase this wouldn't be a problem and I only selected "in stock" items for the reason that I had a deadline and HAD to get my items by a certain date (which gave them almost two weeks to deliver - not unreasonable right?).

The service as amazing until they took my money. I received an email the next day saying delivery would be almost 3 weeks later. I have now tried for a week to contact someone via phone and email (6 emails and around 8 phone calls later) to get a confirmation of the delivery date and nobody, including the store manager, ...read more

Great experience. Amazing quality. Couldn't be more satisfied and happier. Customer service was fantastic.

One of few furniture stores in Sydney with an international feel and range of designs. We purchased our new sofas and coffee table here and got excellent service - we were originally going for a different size and model but the lady who helped us really took her time and we ended up with a lot better solution for our living room. Great coffee too while you're waiting!

Terrible, just terrible, customer service.

- We ordered and paid for a lamp in March 2016 and was told it would arrive in 3 months time.
- We followed up in June and were told it would be another month.
- We followed up in late July and were told it would 'arrive next week'
- We asked to escalate the issue and were put through to the concierge who said they would look into why there had been so many delays and call us back.
- They didn't call back.
- We called again in mid-August and were told it would arrive on the 25th August.
- We followed up today 29th August and were told it would arrive in mid-to-late October.
- I can only let you guess what they will say when we call up in mid-to-late October
- 7 months for a lamp? I could only guess they are likely satisfying other larger orders while delaying ours.
- Never again
