Nice furniture, but the most appalling customer service ever!!!
They will take your money no problem at all, but don't expect to have delivery of your furniture any time soon - months and months and months. And don't expect any help from their Customer Service Team either, they are non-existent. No one will call you back.
Don't buy from them. What a headache!
The WORST furniture retailer in Sydney. The service was shocking, over 6 months for 2 chairs. No reply from manager and floor staff, liars who tried to hide the fact that they stuffed up on the order. Shocking culture here that displays little regard to a good customer experience. DO NOT shop here!
After deposit is paid they will give you no time.
