Cocoa Cafe is a modern designed cafe/restaurant. Inside the interior is predominately white, with built in shelving and recessed lighting, which accentuate the dark counter surrounds and the mohogany table tops, and white chairs. A very light pastel lime feature wall at the rear, with a large modern painting, adds to the decor, creating a very light bright dining area. Two very comfortable built in sofas in each corner of the entrance, with two very unusual rope designed hanging lamps, built in sofas along one wall, pastel shaded cushions, and art work, makes for comfortable relaxing dining. Behind the counter recessed shelves with lighting, brighten this area up into a feature. Out side on the street are table and chairs, with sun umbrellas, good for people watching. This Light, Bright, Fresh, Cafe is located, centrally on Harbour Drive. This would be the most upmarket Cafe in the area. The menu Is extensive but not expensive. There are tables and umbrellas on the street. Table service is a plus. Beats waiting around for service. We enjoyed the coffee and deserts. Great ambience, nice experience, very satisfying. On my list to call again.
