Coffee Addiction

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.Just went to this place for breakfast and it was the biggest mistake and waste of money of my entire life . We ordered breakfast and coffee and waited longer than half an hour for cold and uncooked food. When we got our food the toast was cold after sitting for 10 minutes waiting for the food and the mushrooms we ordered were not even cooked . We even heard our sausages being microwaved and when we received them they were cold still. When we spoke to the waiter he said that we need to speak to chef/owner about receiving a refund ( as we did not eat our food) . When we spoke to him he said 'there's nothing wrong with the food' even though there clearly was . He then proceed to say that 'no-one else has complained' . After I said that's terrible customer service he then said 'so what , don't come back'. We spent nearly $40 and did not get a refund at all! This is the worst place I have EVER been to. The food was horrible! I make better breakfast at home and my ingredients do not come from a can. The customer service was even worse! I regret ever stepping into this place. Don't waste your time or money. The only positive was that my coffee was ok.

Gotta be honest. Great service, friendly and efficient, Good food - not awesome but good. Value for money. I went in for a meal last week and it was a pleasure.

This is another of those venues that my wife swears by, and my wife has great taste. Drop by and sample their fine coffees, but BYOF (Friend).
