Are absolutely professional operators I eat here almost everyday, and the coffee and food is fantastic!! the service from Phill and Shelly and the team is exceptional!! Highly recommended

Used to be good but have gone downhill and their customer service has a lot to be desired now, they can not handle complaints.
Had a free coffee and when I went there to claim it I was told I didn't have one and i advised I did and it hasn't been used yet. After saying we still had one the person who served me cancelled the order and looked in my card and found it had been used for a flat white, we don't drink flat whites. It was then it was found it was given to the wrong person and finally gave me my free one. When complaining to owner the conversation was listened in to and was said very rudely that it was given to me straight away which it wasn't. But the main point to complaining is to ensure the staff are more vigilant in regards to the coffee cards.

Phil is awesome. He is so passionate about his products and making sure that everything is perfect. The coffee is really good and the huge selection of cakes and savoury items, cater for almost everyone. They do catering packages too, with so much to choose from at a very reasonable price.
