I booked flights thru Qantas for trip to Rockhampton. Unfortunately, I made an error in the date for accommodation. I accidentally booked room for 22 Feb instead of 22 Mar, the flight date is correct. The Coffee House Luxury Apartments in Rockhampton said it was too hard to move the reservation to the correct date and charged me for the room. Customer service? Buyer beware.
The coffee is great, The service is average. The waiter didn't know there was a specials board. Food took too long, saw waiter breathing on other food while talking to staff in the kitchen. Got order wrong, they tried again said it was free of charge, thats nice. Except second attempt was wrong as well. I could not wait another hour so we had to leave. At the check out there was no apology just took the money. So sad seeing as the coffee tastes great.
