Travelling solo today, I was in the area and stumbled upon an online voucher for this place. Some parking out the front but it is only for half an hour, so if you are planning a lingering lunch, you may have a walk.
Very friendly greeting and the voucher was welcomed (sometimes the voucher are not happily welcomed). I ordered a lamb burger with chips and an iced coffee. Drink was delivered to the table within 3mins and the meal was about 5mins. Burger was served Jamie Oliver style on a breadboard. To my surprise and pleasure it also came with a bowl of salad. Chips were amazingly delicious. Burger was ok. Iced coffee was yummy.
If I am in the area again, I will certainly come back.
Went here recently as I do once a month or so and was so disappointed. I witnessed what I think must be a management staff speaking very unkindly to two of the staff. I felt very sorry for the staff it struck me that this is not how staff should be spoken to. There's a TV in there now and it was so distracting when there's already so much noise. Such a shame. The coffee was also not good this time around as it was not hot at all and I asked for a flat white which came out with an oversupply of froth. The menus have changed a quite a bit and I just wasn't happy with it. Doubt I'd go back again.
