New 4 week Anger management counselling using new techniques. The program helps create new habits which are developed quickly to defeat anger using the Cognitive Behaviour Matrix.

ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The program is based on Cognitive Principle Therapy, which does not focus on the behaviour [the anger], but the principle weakness which is the cause of the anger. Most anger issues are triggered by lack of respect.
The cycle is as follows:
I'm feeling disrespected, I'm getting frustrated, I'm witnessnessing disrespect, I'm getting angry, I will control the disrespect through abuse [verbal, emotional or physical.] These decisions are not conscious, but sub-conscious [bad habit]
The program creates new habits which defeats the unwanted habit of anger.
