Excellent customer service, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Can't comment on the ice cream as I left the shop due to lack of service and courtesy before even being served. Two staff behind counter, one serving another customer. Stood and waited for a few minutes before one staff member said hello. I said hello....then waited, then asked if he was serving and got told no. OK - so continued to wait while other customer was served. She had pram and asked for assistance with door, the one staff member serving said she'd help take to car. Other bloke still just standing there just a shag on a rock. Not sure why the other bloke just was standing there, not helping or serving. Seemed to be wearing the shirt, standing right behind counter. Still no eye contact or 'won't be a minute' from the one working staff member as she disappeared out the door. Been coming here for a good 4 years, however of late, the service has not been the best. Tonight I came here and the staff just were not their friendly self. I asked for a particular ice cream that was kept out the back (Caramel Mudcake) and it was like an effort for the staff member to go get it.

Because its a treat once every 3 months or so, I normally order the large take home back, which costs around $16.50 with mix ins. When I got it home, there was a good 2cm's between the lid and the ice cream, definitely not filled to the top, with gaps around the sides also. Not $16.50 worth. Might be the last time I come here for sometime. Not the best experience.
