Very good service. David the Sales consultant understood what i wanted with no pressure, and was patient. Installers were friendly. Had one one problem with controller, but they have back the next day and was promptly fixed. thanks again

Coldflow were perfect. On time, very professional, very flexible and the process was quick and easy. Wouldn't bother dealing with anyone else. Go Coldflow.

Coldflow are very unprofessional. We had air-conditioning installed only to have it breakdown due to faulty installation. Coldflow refused to honour their 6 year installation warranty claiming they were not responsible even though they arranged the installation.

Coldflow then came out and tried to fix the unit claiming there would be no more problems. Sure enough this summer the unit has seized up again. The unit has seized up due to the use of blue leak lock which any trained refrigeration mechanic knows should not be used during installation of air conditioning units.
