Cole Motors Crash Repairs

Very happy each time I have dealt with Cole Motors. Customer service was very friendly and the work is done very quick. They went out of their way to accommodate me and overall I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

jassd, anyone would think you work for the company!! So you get it!! Cole Motors computer was hacked. The hackers took all our names, addresses and personal info privately given to them when signing for repairs of our vehicles: that was my original review,(yvonner) Not happy! as they admitted they had not updated their security at all when all customers email addresses was used to then send an email packed with virus. There was no apology until I rang to find our what was happening. They were then working frantically to update their computer etc. Who said I used a Computer Repair to fix my computer, I fix it myself. You take a bit upon yourself.

Very professional and an outstanding job!! Bent over backwards to accommodate me. Will recommend to anyone that needs their car repaired. Thanks guys.

Please be careful when giving your details to this company. Today I was sent a malicious email which came from someone accessing their computer getting my information and sending a virus packed email. Who knows the ongoing damage this will cause. Be warned.
