We contacted Cole's Canberra Bobcats and after discussing what we required done and obtaining an approximate price we agreed and confirmed a day for the work to be done, we were asked to phone back a couple of days before hand to confirm a start time. When we attempted to do this our calls weren't answered, we left messages and again they weren't returned. On the designated start day he just didn't turn up. We had waited for 2 weeks to have this work done only to now have to find someone else at short notice right before christmas. If he didn't want to do the job then he shouldn't have accepted it. Very unprofessional behaviour. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
