Coles Express

tonight my son (14) went to this garage and asked for an itunes gft card, the guy gave him a coles gift card, but before he handed it over my son said, is that an itunes card? he said no, but it was already scanned and the guy had the money prior to this so he charged my son for the card and said its lready scanned and could not refund it. i then went to speak with him and told hm my on asked for itunes, my son told me this and was firm on this, he called my son a liar, as you can imagine things got a little heated. i left putting this behind us. but this is an example of big corporates running petrol pumps, no reasoning and idiotic unyeilding rules that have no consideration for a 14 year old boys pocket money for the week.
