This coles is located on the outer side of the main hub of Footscray market, train stations, bus stops etc. This coles is situated just on the ground floor with Kmart just below it. Within the centre itself you have a number of bakeries, liquor store and few discount retailers. This coles has been around for quite some time, not as large as the newer ones, stocking a variety of produce and long life. I noticed that they have an isle dedicated to imported food, mostly from Asia, I guess accommodating for the larger ethnic group that is based within Footscray. Just like most major supermarkets, I guess we have all experienced days in which you have the friendless checkout person and other days having to deal with someone that doesnt seem like they want to even be there. Typical coles, not the biggest range, but ok for everyday stuff. Vegies & fruit are not great.
