Coles Supermarket

Last week(first week of 2018) we bought a pack of Up n Go and they were best before Oct 2016, we went back and return them and the manager was so rude and denied that they had these. They exchanged for us in the end but the attitude was really bad, we regret we didn’t go to Fair Trading and ACCC instead.

This Coles is really good - the size is big and there are so many self service check outs so you rarely have to wait. They have a great range of fruit as well so it's good when you want something healthy in the city

I find the service and friendly staff a plesure to shop at coles.

Decent selection for middle of the City, but awkward store layout, probably worse after renovations. Checkouts are a joke, awkward style that seem like self service even WITH a cashier, not good for buying a lot of goods. Leaving to pay with self-service is like navigating a maze.

Needs at least a couple of NORMAL CHECKOUTS!

I've shopped in Coles at The World Centre for 6 years and it used to be fine but since the renovation earler this year, it's been consisently bad:
* Shopping baskets almost always dirty
*Frequently out of stock of some things
*Frequently stock is wrongly labelled
*Aisle labels don't always show some items so time wasted finding stuff
*Difficult to find someone to help when needed
Today was my last visit, in future I'll take the longer walk to Woolworths on Broadway which is much better.
