Coles Supermarkets - Head Office

I hope someone finds this revue helpful, as the service I received from Coles Casuarina and Coles Tweed Mall were not!

My complaint is the lack of service in their click and collect area...Appalling! I have only had ONE order which has gone without a hitch!

The last time was Casuarina....missed items from my trolley at the car...(I decided to check as I packed them at the car)

I'm tired of receiving rotting fruit, out of date items and for years now nothing has changed. Yesterday though I hit breaking point. My order was cancelled for 'non payment' except I was charged! I rang, texted, contacted messenger and emailed. 6+ hours on phone and so far I've been called a liar, abused, called stupid, nothing has been done and I was hung up on 5 times! So I'm going legal and hard! I'm done!!

My review is concerning the Coles Winter Booklet - what a useless, wasteful handout of resources that is. How about providing customers with better service e.g. a deli where customers can have a small piece of gourmet cheese cut for them. Not everyone needs or can afford a large piece at a cost of nearly $13. I am told they can't cut smaller pieces. How about a butcher on duty, even until 4.30pm, who is happy to cut a small piece of meat to requirements. Not everyone needs or can afford a hugh tray of pre-cut meat. I have changed my supermarket because I can get the products I need rather than what Coles has decided I need.

my order was cancelled 2 times and when i called the excuse was because of the drivers safety concern well i would understand the canelation the first time but why send same driver the second time and have the order cancelled again? i been shoping at coles most my life but now its all over i promise i will take my business elswhere and thanks for the rude idiot that i spoke on the customer help line i will never ever again shop at coles id rather pay extra for my shopping elswhere rather than shop coles im disgusted.
