quality of service if you like waiting around for 20 minutes while one staff finds the right staff to cut 1/4 pumpkin service is poor
staff seem to love hiding in the cool room out the back
music level too high radio station hisses
birds flying over head
price wise CHEAPER to shop at ALDI next door
items either not where they should be or stacked on the wrong shelf
wait around for another 20 minutes scanning item much higher than ticket price staff become rude when questioning these issues are far too frequent
poor mamgement
why do unpacking crates and boxes strewn every isle pretty hard for the elderly and very dangerous
pay the staff a little more it may be worth a smile

Coles, Ariport West has a modern and well organised style. Its space is used nicely and the staff are always polite. There are very spacious areas for fruit, vegetables, deli and bakery sections which are necessities for day-to-day survival and their is always a variety of produce to choose from. The only minor thing I would complain about is the space of Coles itself. Although the whole store is large and the aisles are spaced well and evenly, it can get very overcrowded, making it harder to get through aisles and paying for your items at the checkout. Then again, it should be expected to get crowded as it is one of the only main shopping centres in Airport West so I don’t mind too much. Overall, the store produces what I want and need so I keep going!

Upon entry to the store, this coles has a huge, lovely presented produce section followed by the deli, dairy and meat sections which as a layout makes alot of sense for the flow of my weekly shopping and all the products look fresh and lovely.

Im afraid the positives stop there.
