Coles Supermarkets

i shop here every week and spend around 150$...yesterday there was a lady there nealy 60 years old name starts with L....she shaked her head on me for like 1 minute and she was extermely rude and ruthless....my fault was i went into not less then 14 items with 16 items in my trolley which i didnt realize....i got my 100 relatives who shop there if i am not welcome in your store they wont come there either....

Rude staff and a lot of times the products scan up the wrong price. Last time this happened they were rude and unapologetic. They have a policy they never honour saying you get it for free if it scans wrong but they said human error doesn't count. I just left all my groceries and walked out. I'm sick of coles and will never shop in any of their stores again. Horrible place and rude staff.

Only a small store and quite difficult to get into around the side of the building. Parking is also difficult in this area. Ok if you just need a few items but probably not a great spot to do a large shop.

The Coles supermarket in Ashgrove is where i used to do all my shopping but I was fed up with buying meat there that was already bad. I have bought lamb there on several occasions that was already spoilt despite it still being well within the used by date. A friend of mine also bought three separate pork roasts there that were all bad.
