Coles Supermarkets

+ Nice, convenient, and fairly large supermarket servicing the suburb of Braybrook. Also sells alcohol fairly cheap as well.

- Some of the staff need customer service training, or at the very least a refresher course. One particular checkout operator has a bad habit of walking away from her register halfway through serving customers, and is _always_ munching away on snack food and junk food items that I'm pretty certain she doesn't actually pay for..... Management don't seem interested in doing anything about this.

I'm glad there's a coles here because the nearest coles is a few suburbs away. And this isn't a small coles either, they're surprisingly quite large, even stocking alcohol inside their store. The deli section is quite small though, and closes a bit too early in my opinion. Otherwise, a great addition to the neighbour hood providing more options to shop at.

A very impressive Coles, a tad suprising for the area.

Well stocked, staff are attentive, friendly and on the ball and the layout of everything is easy to navigate and makes perfect sense.

I love that this coles sells their alcohol in the supermarket itself, it reminds me of Aldi's concept and when you need to get dinner and a bottle of wine in one go this cuts down so much of your waiting in lines time.

I plan on using this coles more when I am in the area, well done!
