Coles Supermarkets

I don't usually use this supermarket, and I won't ever use it again. Waited in the queue for about 15 mins behind 1 customer. There weren't any other checkouts open other than self serve. a few things wern't scanning for the woman in front of me, and while getting the price checked by another staff memeber the checkout woman just stood there, not scanning the rest of the items. She needed to have someone go away and find out prices and both times just stood then instead of continuing to scan the rest of the items. Only after I suggested her doing this. She wasn't happy with me saying this. I have other things to do with my time than stand there waiting forever. The bread section is awful and a number of things they didn't have that I get elsewhere.

Old coles that use to be a BILO, they haven't spent a cent on the place in years. Old and shabby. Not many products. No bakery items, lots of products out of stock. Don't waste your time better off going to Caroline Springs or Derrimut coles.

Don't shop Coles in Burnside! Very rude staff and even worse manager. They charged me twice for one bag of dog food, had to drive back with 2 toddlers to ask for refund, no apology and no compensation for the inconviniance caused. They said it was human error and it happens all the time. Disgraceful customer service!

This Cole is a smaller Coles so i only come here for the more common items like milk and bread. I have come across a few times where this Coles does not stock as much as the bigger Coles or they run out of stock too quickly so it ends up being an inconveneice for me to have to go to another Coles to get what i need. A bit run down and maybe requires renovation but for now will do the job for the basics in and out.
