Coles Supermarkets

I am a reguler customer at this coles . Normally the staff is good and sometimes its very good. but today i had a very very bad exprerience even worst than last time when being served by the same person named Simran. She misbehaved with me but was bit acceptable last time because i thought may be she is not fine. today, she crossed the limits first of all she misbehaved and then she was whispering at her collegue ears regarding me. she was behaving like i am an extra responsibility on her. In the end i told her that thats your job then she told me She is talking about some other customer. she accepted she was talking about another customer not me. But i am sure she was talking about me as she already misbehaved.
Simran , you have done extremely bad. I think there will not be any place for such type of workers. she is regular in her bad behaviour.

First visited this store by chance. Its HUGe! Even has coles clothing section.
Within a mall with kmart and other small coffee shop. This coles surely serves a big purpose for locals

Wont be visiting this store with my toddler whilst the $3 for 3 mins model horse riding pen is in the foyer. Either $3 down or crying child.

The first time visiting this store, I was a little taken aback by the size. It is HUGE. It is not close to home, so I don't shop here regularly, so I am often a bit lost finding my way around. I have never found it hard to find staff to "ask for directions" and they have always walked me straight to the product (not sent me off on my own). Also the "extra" section of homewares etc is fantastic; I can't help but have a browse of this section every time I visit this store.

This is a great Coles, absolutely huge and includes a Kmart style section with clothing, homewares etc. Staff are very nice here.
