Coles Supermarkets

Terrible experience with staff. Very rude, seemed like such an effort to assist me. Made me feel as though I had done something wrong when in fact it was an error that Coles had made. I would suggest finding a job that doesn't involve customer service, or perhaps don't bring personal life to work and take it out on the customers that are paying money.

I entered the store, my destination ..the delicatessen.I smiled, I was ignored and 15 minutes later the staff finalised their important discussion and attended to my purchase,on completion there was no thankyou or any hint of wishing me a good day so I wished her one as I figured she really needed it and it may carry over to the next unfortunate customer.A thousand unemployed and I have to be served by two that don't want to be! What ever has happened to the importance of customer service with willingness and a smile.I returned home and looked in the mirror and there it was--my reflection,thank goodness-I wasn't invisible after all!!
