To much gossip with each other at the check out, instead of serving the customers.
No level of attention.

Waiting on some reply in writing from the person responsible, not the store manager.

I was at Coles, Coburg North yesterday evening. I had politely and kindly asked the young woman at the self sere check out station if she could help me navigate how to get cash out. Her response? She, without a word, coldly pointed to the red sign stated 'no cash out'. Well, thank you so much for your assistance! I love to be patronised when making a mistake and genuinely seeking help! Who is responsible for training those who stand at the self serve check outs? Could you kindly remind these young women that the least they could do is fake a smile? If they can't manage that, then perhaps they shouldn't be working in an environment with lots of people. Ugh.

This Coles has the worst fresh produce section, the fruit and veg are always bruised, old or even mouldy sometimes. I don't even like buying onions there. The store is big, the range is vast, it's like every other Coles, but maybe not as modern. The people in the store are very helpful and nice, and the Deli staff are really good. Not much in the way of speciality foods, very small baked goods section and not much of a good gourmet section. This store is good for essentials shopping, but if you want anything special look else wear.
