Coles Supermarkets
Quality is great and huge store. But some cashiers are very rude and don't place items in bags properly. I mean you don't put seafood which is clearly dripping water with the bread but when you ask them kindly to put them in different bags they just give you the rude stare and are reluctant to do it.
Although I expected it being in Westfields, I have to admit this Coles is massive. Mile long aisles with all the products you need and the usual suspects becoming more common in Coles Supermarkets throughout Sydney - ie. Bakery, deli, meat section, etc.
Friendly service, plenty of self-serve checkouts, ample and FREE parking in the Westfield carpark and convenient opening hours 7am to midnight.
This Coles keeps getting better and better with its constant improvement and renovation. The aisles feel bigger and brighter than before, and there are plenty of self-serve checkouts and staff-assisted registers so it's the best of both worlds.
The staff are also very friendly. One time the staff went the extra mile by calling other Coles nearby to see if they stock the product I was looking for as they ran out of it in store.
