Coles Supermarkets

This is quite a large Coles supermarket at the Pines Shopping Centre, Elanora. I find it a bit tricky at times to locate what I'm after as the aisles are a bit divided due to a clothing section being right in the middle front section of the shop. There's a self-service checkout area, and a fair amount of parking surrounding the Centre. Don't forget to activate Flybuys offers & swipe your card for points & sometimes extra off at the fuel pump.

Usual Coles grocery store offerings here, can always duck in and out if just requiring a few things, or fine for a full shop also. Has deli, fresh food sections, grocery, freezer etc. Parking can sometimes be an issue at the Pines and getting groceries back to the car in the wet will usually mean you'll get wet too.

Friendly staff, who are always willing to point me in the right direction for products I am trouble locating. The prices are very competitive with other supermarkets in the area.

I have found the deli department sub standard in their customer service. Tend to talk to one another and ignore customers. Groceries on offer are limited in choice and cut of certain meats poor i.e. steaks. Fast lane aisles too slow with usually only 1 or 2 cashiers. Cashiers tend to talk too much whilst other customers stand and wait.
