Coles Supermarkets

The manager of this store is a danger to himself, his staff and customers. On multiple occasions I have witnessed him pursuing shoplifters well outside of the Coles complex (which is against Coles policy). He is loud, crude and aggressive and it is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt as a result of his actions. I personally have been walking with my children and run into him shouting obscenities at someone, frightening the life out of all of us, we had to cross the road just to escape the scene. I will not shop at this Coles until he has left.

Hi I'm Sandra, On a Thursday afternoon i visited the deli in Coles Monee Ponds, I was being served by a guy named Dhanuja, a slim guy with a small beard, I asked him kindly to cut one of the roast chucks for me, and he refused to by saying that his busy and it's worth buying a full one just to get out of it, if i want a half I want a half not a full, please talk to him about this matter

This is a good, clean Coles. The staff are always friendly, the deli is clean and parking is convenient. There are good deals to be found, just need more Australian owned and made products with less priority on the home brand product. Unfortunately low prices come at a cost, so try to support the local brands.

Friendly staff, easy parking, large store, many products, easy to find items, nice set up of store, great notice board and more. Safeway changed their store around a few times over the years and I can not find anything. The display at Coles is logical and if you shop in the day you can go to a Newsagent or vegies shop or fresh food or deli etc.. it is in a great location and suits the small centre. I love it. Try it you can shop quickly and get out of there with everything you need.
