Coles Supermarkets

Purchased mobile for my 9 yo daughter approx $140 in the hope that we could load parental control on it. The phone was too old to put such an App. on it. I returned it next day. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful opened up a manual to point to no return policy. This policy is not advertised clearly anywhere nor did the lady tell me during my purchase that it was a no return no refund policy if opened. The treatment was "it's not our problem try contacting mobile co." Another staff started to make an effort when I explained my upset and dissatisfaction but ceased when I said it was Coles's problem. She told me to go get my own SIM if I wanted her to help which I explained I was flying overseas next day for 3 wks. She shrugged her shoulders with a "too bad" look. I pretty much mirrored their rudeness in the end. The Managerwas USELESS too!! No idea looking to his staff for directions. SO SO pleased ALDI opened there.
