Coles Ulladulla shopping last night & I couldnt find a product a passerby could see I was struggling to find the Oven bags and asked me to follow her & she would show me. This young lady was not in uniform but off duty Coles member who was doing her own shopping took the time to lead me to the product. Wonderful service and really grateful customer, even showed me where the Aisle cards are so I would not have any more issues that night.
Big huge thank you to this staff member last night, 4/1/18 around 6pm you rock big time and make it a pleasure to keep shopping in Coles Ulladulla.
It might not be the main reason you go to Coles, but this particular Coles has a nice cool temperature inside the shop that is just perfect for a cool down during summer days. Located at the town centre area of Ulladula, this Coles has plenty of parkings both at the front of the store's shopping block as well as faux underground next door.
With a slightly stand-alone store and Liquorland shop next to it, this supermarket has 12 large rows of products in addition to its spacious fresh food area upon entering. The shop is very clean, spacious, and very well stocked (something that is becoming less of a norm these days). They also have self service checkout counters installed at the store, which I think is a very nice and adding convenience value although I don't think isn't that much needed in the area. By the way, the staffs are very polite here.
Usually I dont like to review supermarkets but I felt that this one deserved it due to the special circumstances.
Over the Christmas period most supermarkets are packed, most staff are stressed and most customers are rude and abusive.
This Christmas our closest shopping centre was this Coles and I have to say that the amazing staff there were cool as cucumbers, they smiled and laughed and joked and made all of us out of town folk feel so completely at home that it was a joy to go there.
Even on Christmas eve with people fighting over pavlova and the roast chicken line taking over the entire deli they were still in good spirits and helping people out here and there.
These locals deserve a big thumbs up and I hope that they are recognised for their great efforts by the big wigs.
