Coles

Now this is my closest Coles since i moved and happy to say the distance is not too far. A tad smaller than what im use to but so far everything that i had on my shopping list to buy, Coles have on the shelf compared to other Coles i've been to, stock run out. Recently i went to get some frozen baked chicken tenders and there was none left in the freezer, normally at other coles its completely sold out but i asked the staff and he went to checking coming back with more boxes for him to stock up the freezer so i was happy he took the time to check. Plenty of self serve check out and plenty of staff on the registered so makes everything a whole lot quicker to be in and out in no time.

Ok at the Coles but have had some off chicken a few times. So not sure what is going on there. They need to check their temps i think.
Service is good. Some staff more friendly than others. They are helpful most of the time.

Never enough staff on actually serving customers or to answer questions. You can see plenty of staff packing shelves all day long but never any rush to take your money. Should not have lollies at checkouts with so many kids in the area. Self checkout should be opened all the time but they also need more bag weighers for it to be useful.

Change the products around too often on the shelves

Seems to be more staff packing shelves than serving at the check-outs

Should get a discount if you do Self-Checkout
