Coles Earlwood customer service on weekday mornings is disgusting. The morning staff usually only have one staff member on the checkout. Most people are in a hurry and we frequently are having to wait in line. I have had to wait some mornings for up to 10 minutes. In the meantime you can see other staff are stacking shelves and are not called to assist at the checkout. It is so bad I no longer bother and now do my shopping elsewhere

Just want to comment on their huge improvement on customer service. Their stock is always good on the aisles, but whenever I need to find something someone is there to always give me a hand.

Deli section is a huge struggle area. Certain staff ignore you, so they don't have to serve you.

This has happened to me time and time again. I have complained on numerous times. They also have limited stock of items in there!

I was told 'we are only a small supermarket' although they did major renovations on it and are the only supermarket in the area, yet they still kept it as a small supermarket.

They took away my coffee brand so I now I have to go somewhere else.

Staff continually take the customer parking spots. Mind you there aren't many spots at all!!

I rarely go there now. Its stress free gong elsewhere
