I am so upset from my experience with the Manager of Coles Miami One, Ben. Today I had money stolen from my self serve machine that I had drawn out with my purchases. He checked the security cameras and verified that someone came along and took it but wouldn't offer any other help except to give me a customer service number to phone up. I shop every single day. I was a regular at this Coles since it opened, but now I'll be shopping at Woolworths. I will never step foot inside this Coles at Miami. I will be vocal to everyone I know how Coles Miami One treat their regular customers.
This supermarket isn’t the best.
It’s small, it’s Squishy.
Most stores have the same set out. This one is everywhere.
I’ve been to this store 4 time now, and every experience has not been posative.
Staff that just don’t care, there conversations among themselves is obviously way more important than intending to the customer. There was a obvious Aunty at the till and the niece assiting the auntie at the till. (Both employed) While waiting I heard the life story being told to the customer in front by the two stAff members, and then as. After thought. Here’s a form for. Commotion Miami One is holding. I never got the offer but was straight after and heard the same life story. I must be ugley
Good little Coles at Miami One on the Gold Coast Hwy, Miami. There's limited street parking, but plenty of underground parking available. This Coles can get a bit squishy if it's busy, as the aisles are quite narrow. But it's still well stocked with a decent deli & cold section. They didn't have everything I wanted, but still stocked similar items in different brands. They have self serve checkouts too, remember to swipe your Flybuys card before you're done.
This was my first trip to Coles Miami, as it is my family's local, and I have to say that I found the staff very friendly and cheery and I did not experience the problems others have with the poor packing of bags and slow service. The store itself is nicely planned out and you can navigate between the aisles with ease. Well stocked shelves, plenty of great weekly discounts which, maybe it is just me, seemed that slightly bit better than the Coles down the road. Self service checkouts or aisle service - the choice is yours.
I particularly was impressed with the customer service we received at the seafood bar. Their mussels are always fresh and the staff are so friendly and more than happy to order them in for you if you need a bulk lot (yes, I do). Great service and I would continue to come here even if just for the mussels.
I would just like to ask that the staff at Coles 'Miami One' receive significantly more training than they currently have. We were there on the weekend and it was painfully slow at the checkouts.
My first job was a checkout chick at Coles and I have never seen someone move soooo slowly!!! What ever happened to trying to scan things super quick and taking pride in packing bags properly? I'm over all these staff that pack cardboard packaging (cereal boxes) with cold stuff and delicate fruit like strawberries on the bottom of a bag with heavy apples and vegetables on top!
Also, I've had to take bread back twice and mozarella cheese once becasue when I got it home it was full of green mould!
