Better selection of seafood lately and more stocked items from the general catalogue. Better experience than previous and staff were friendly and approachable!

Decent sized supermarket with a variety of choice. Parking underneath can be tough, but there is plenty of parking in the side streets (mollison street for example) barring fri/sat night. Alternativly the 60,192 and 198 stop right outside the supermarket and there are more lines available around nearby intersection.

Staff always friendly and helpfull, always return a smile. Never big lines at the (self)-checkout.

Always busy and hard to find customer assistance but staff are friendly. Parking is hard to come by and would be better with more parks available. Produce is of good quality

I asked for a receipt for the items I purchased through self check out and was lectured in how to use the self serf machines correctly. The cashier (pretending to be the manager of the store) kept on saying I had done the wrong thing and it was not the machines fault. Really ? Who cares whose fault it was I just needed a receipt. Basic customer sevice is lacking here from top down. All they want to do is proof they're right and the customers is not. Wont shop here again.

Poor parking - if you want to get stuck at the gates due to a shoddy ticket validation process for 10 mins, come to this Coles. If you complain to management you'll find out it's... a "known problem".
