Coles

I like this coles -- it is my local and has everything I need. I also never have to wait for a checkout.

Being located at a relatively new, uber-modern shopping centre for the local residents of Zetland, this Coles is one of the most updated Coles supermarkets in the area. With relatively similar layouts as their Broadway and Macquarie Park stores, this Coles seems to attract quite a lot of visitors and had to make available a lot of checkouts including the self service checkouts.

The staffs and the managers, however, can be a little bit too assertive and inflexible. On my visit last week (which also happens to be my first visit), they would not allow me purchase gift cards with my Visa prepaid, something that I have never had trouble with at any other Coles stores around Sydney, and the checkout system even allows it to go through so I really don't know why they decided not to let me proceed with the purchase.

This shopping centre has a free 2 hour parking so there is enough time to get all your grocery needs.
