Seafood pasta was good but the service was quite slow that night as there were a few large tables around. If there were more waitstaff available it would have made the experience a little more pleasant. Otherwise food was good

One of the best Italian places in Brisbane if I may so. This place is a hidden gem. Have had the pasta and pizza here and they're all soooooo good.

Gnocchi is already one of my favourite Italian dishes but when it's home made and cooked well and it comes with gorgonzola... YUM! They were deliciously rich and creamy~

Have also had the pasta special on a separate night and it was a spaghetti with reef cod, salmon, olives & capers. I'm not usually a fan of tomato pasta, but this one was just so special and tasted incredibly delicious that I didn't mind it at all.

Their pizza are of generous serving with a thin base and delicious crust.

Wow! The Colle Rosso has the most authentic Italian pizza I have eaten outside Italy. My family have dined here on a number of occasions and have always received excellent service and delicious food. Our children are made to feel very welcome and love the spaghetti bolognese on the kids menu. #reviewtowin

great authentic italian food, we had amazing pasta, fantastic pizza, and refreshing gelati. It was really busy, but we had friendly wait staff and great service. It felt like we were back in italy on our holiday enjoying mouth watering food in an italian restaurant ...... without the expensive price! It is now our favourite italian restaurant!
