Ian came out to me on Saturday to measure up and quote my courtyard. As he was leaving he advised that he would send the quote early next week. I phoned Ian on Tuesday, it's now Friday and I am still yet to receive a quote. I understand that Ian may not nessessarly wish to complete my job at this time, however I would have appreciated it if he displayed the common courtesy to communicate this with me.
