We are located in Maitland on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula, less than two hours drive from Adelaide and surrounded by stunning beaches and rich farm land.

At Collivers Providore we source local and regional produce to showcase the area. We also stock other gourmet ranges to provide a variety of products and taste sensations.

Enjoy fresh seasonal food created with passion in our kitchen, freshly brewed espresso, home baked cakes and an ambience created to indulge the senses.

We keep it simple and full of flavour, whether you are choosing to relax and enjoy a meal with us or take a selection of our range of produce with you.

For a special treat we offer cakes to order maintaining the premise of seasonal ingredients freshly baked in our own kitchen.

We are currently renovating our cafe, which will be open for your dining experience from March 2012 and offer:

Open for dinner Friday and Saturday night bookings only.
