With more than 20 years I.T. experience, we have found that big, bulky, complex systems are not what every client requires. Our competitors boast I.T. geeks with years of qualifications and expertise, but very few have the skills to recognize that complex systems in outback areas, or even city environments, don't survive long. Complex systems require complex maintenance, and easy access to staff to provide it. At Colemans Remote Systems we believe in the simple theory of keeping things as simple as possible to get the job done.

We recently watched as our competitors installed a complex internet cafe system in a remote community, after installation it hardly ever worked and they couldn't even get into it remotely to sort it out. The system they installed wasnâ??t flawed, it was the environment that they expected it to operated was beyond their expertise, and their physical reach. After 12 months of near uselessness we redesigned the system from the ground up and now it is running 4 days a week with very few problems.

When designing a system we consider the physical environment, the experience of the end users and the available support, as well as the security, both physical and intellectual, all these things make the experience of using the system far more pleasurable and efficient.

With 2 years experience living and working in an outback community I personally have dealt with these factors and have been forced to overcome them.
