I have been going to the colon care centre for the past 3 years, I also have been to the surry hills centre.. what I love is how knowledgable they are they give me insights into my blood type and what foods I should be eating and also the emotional aspect behind my food and gut symptoms... I highly recommend them!
Do not go here! The women here have terrible attitudes! This had to be the worst experience I have ever had at a establishment. I walked in to the outdated office and waited for my therapist. She wasn't friendly and harsh looking. I decided to to the infrared sauna first and think about the colonic which she said was fine. She gave me no instruction. When I asked, she said "you just sit in here and sweat." I was given no towel. No towel to sit on. Do I wear a bathing suit? Go naked? I didn't know when they would come back or if I should just come out after 30 minutes. I had an uneasy feeling in the sauna the whole time. A treatment as simple as an infrared sauna should be easy to make the client feel comfortable. Since I was not happy with this service, I decided not to go ahead with the colonic. I was very polite and told them how I felt. I felt very ganged up on while 3 women tried to talk over me. They would not waive my fee for the colonics and I left in tears.
