Colonial Inn Tamworth

This place was terrible! They had our booking wrong, they were rude, they also just walked into our room without knocking twice in one morning for no apparent reason, because once we left for the day they never cleaned up or anything! So I have no idea why they walked in in the first place. Continental breakfast was generic brand cereal and toast and the shower was TERRIBLE! Do not go here!

These people were rude as they did not have our booking correct through Wotif.com they gave us the wrong rooms we had to be moved twice. They also chewed out a family because their children did not put their dishes away. These People have no business being in the hotel industry.

Dreadful, I stayed there for work and I have asked they never put me there again. Mould on the walls, an outside light that kept me awake (with the help of the noisy traffic), the manager accosted us as we left complaining about the group leaving plates on the breakfast tables and some weird stuff on the walls in the dining area.

The food was good and I liked the cook. She made sure the meal was good and was engaged with us in a way that no one else there did.
