These people completely destroyed my eyebrows when I went in to have them shaped by the owner Nikki, I had eyelash extensions also which were a mess and I had to pay to get them removed. I was so upset and I asked for a refund telling them it was the least they could do because I now had to wait for my brows to grow out and had to pay for the removal of my lashes and while they agreed to refund me for the 'brow shaping' they refused to refund the lashes. Really terrible experience.
