ColorTile Alexandria

After a dissapointing visit to Stone Gallery, my husband and I visited Colortile. What an equally dissapointing visit! We were completly ignored as we entered by 2 cleaners, I might be able to forgive this, but some direction to staff would have been nice. As we went up the stairs my husband was greeted with a hello and I entered the room around 30 seconds after, I was ignored. Consequently, although Color Tile had the tiles we wanted, we spent our $1000 for replacement at Beaumont Tiles. Retailers wonder why they go out of business, this is an example of why. Will not return or recommend.
