Terrible! My hair is orange at the roots and seriously a wired greeny colour on the ends. I asked them to fix it at the time and they said they didn't know what I was talking about but my friends noticed straight away so I know it wasn't my imagination. Rude, terrible colour and customer service. Will not be back

Very unprofessional. Quoted $30 but charged $85. Staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to do what I asked for. I would not go back again

I have been going here for about a year and I am very satisfied with the service. Rosie is an amazing colourist who always listens and aims to please. Many times she has been very generous with her time and done extra procedures to ensure my hair colour is perfect and that my hairs' health isn't compromised. The service has always been professional and friendly. I like that the atmosphere is quite casual and that the staff aren't trying to sell products or upgrade services.There are plenty of hairdressers closer to where I live but the excellent service warrants the extra travel time. I am very happy to keep returning.

my colourist really listened, gave some great advice and was so dedicated to giving me what i wanted. I rebooked on the spot and am looking forward to going back.
