Combined Damp Solutions

This is the rudest company I have ever spoken to. I have just called them to attend a job, and they were obviously not interested in attending the job. Instead of politely declining the job, Roger Clout said the job was a waste of his time and implied I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problem myself. If I was an expert in this area and thought I coukd fix the problem myself, I would hardly be calling him would I?! Give them a miss, I am surprised they are still in business if this is how they treat people trying to give them work (which we were happy to pay for).
