They taught us to throw a metal container full of chains at our 4 months old puppy, who was eating rocks in the backyard at the time of the visit. They told us to lock her up in an empty room if she starts throwing a tantrum and if she carries on, they said to simply throw a glass of water at her, close the door again and ignore her for 30 minutes.
We were also told to yank the lead should she not walk on the leash properly.
Industry experts we contacted after their visit have labelled their training methods as appalling.
If we would have known how bad this can be for a puppy/dog before their visit, we would have never contacted them in the first place.
